MTN Pays Medical Bills Of One-Year-Old Hit In The Head By Stray Bullet In Lagos

The medical bills of a one year old boy, Taiwo Lawal who was hit in the head by a stray bullet from the firearms of armed robbers on Sunday in Lagos, has been picked up by network service provider MTN, as part of their corporate social responsibility, after the child’s father had made a passionate plea to well-meaning Nigerians to come to their aid.
The sum of N500,000 was paid into the account of a Lawal family member by MTN, to ensure the continued treatment of little Taiwo at Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH).
