Indian Player Dies After Collision With Keeper

27-year-old Mahesh Thapa a soccer player in the eastern city of Jalpaiguri in India has died after failing to receive medical care following a collision with the opposing goalkeeper in a local match.
Mahesh Thapa who was carted between hospitals as there was no ambulance died after being refused admission to three hospitals because no beds were available.
This is the second soccer-related death in India in four months.
Thapa played for Raikatpara Sports Association.
